VICC 2020 Charity Donations

The VICC gives to the community every year, here are the 2020 donations:

$1000 was donated to Ride 2 Remember, Inc. for Alzheimer’s research.

$1000 was donated and doubled through the generosity of the Flanzer Philanthropic Trust to Team Tony Cancer Connection which supports local people and their families through their cancer battle.

$500 is to be donated to Be Tri For Us who help people with disabilities to compete in triathlons.

$500 to Friends of The Legacy Trail for amenities and trail construction.

Through members generosity we adopted a family and donated $150 from hat sales to the Mitten Program, which helps local families have a better Christmas.

Finally, through members and the cycling community we are collecting cycling items for our friends in Sierra Leone. We will start a Facebook fund soon to help pay for shipping and new cleats for the cyclists.
